email order form in order to receive the discount pricing.When placing an order by email or phone, you will be sent a notice to your email with instructions on how to pay Pick Your Own Bouquet™ using PayPal our secure online payment processor.
We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Should any item be temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the back order and the approximate time we expect the merchandise. We utilize the most efficient way possible to ship all orders. For most orders we use UPS or FedEx Ground services, but we can also ship USPS Priority so always provide a delivery address (please, no P.O. Boxes). Shipments can take from three to nine business days to arrive depending on location. When an order is shipped, Pick Your Own Bouquet™ sends an email notice with tracking number. Pick Your Own Bouquet™ does not guarantee an exact ship date. Expedited and International shipping is available by request. For International orders tariffs or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us for quote or any questions you may have silkflowers@pyob.com.
Whether your creating your own flower bouquets, replicating something you saw in a picture or trying to mimic nature's perfections www.pyob.com is available 24/7 to help you with special colors or silk flower varieties, we offer a special order silk flower service. This service is available for several silk flower collections. There is a wide variety of silk flower stems featured in these collections and the silk stems are high end quality and sometimes hard to find. Even though, we offer these silk flower stems for sale, we do not stock them and they can sometimes take 15 to 20 business days to arrive. At additional costs expedited shipping is available if merchandise is needed sooner. Our special order silk flower service will place special orders for you, however, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returned orders. We apologize for this inconvenience and we pledge our assistance in any way we can to help our customers in achieving their floral designs. If you are interested in placing a special order for any of these silk flower stems, please submit a Special order request form. We suggest if your not sure about a silk flower stem, place an order for the minimum quantity or call us for assistance at (561) 746-3799. If you are interested in placing a large silk flower order, we invite you to submit a request-a-quote.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, call us to get a return authorization number, and return merchandise within 14 days of receipt in its original state and packaging. Customers are responsible for original shipping, as well as the return shipping. Once a return is received we will gladly issue a merchandise refund through PayPal. A notice from PayPal will be emailed to you. All refunds are processed within 10 days. Please contact us if you have any questions, regarding returns.
